BK Appliance Repair was excellent. They fixed my GE freezer and refrigerator which had a broken motor. Another company had previously come out and could not fix it. The technician Russell was excellent! He was friendly, very responsive and knowledgeable . When we called he came out the same day. He got the part required and replaced it immediately with no problem. I will be calling them in the future again if I have any other problems. Great service!

I called them few days ago and they arranged to fix my dryer based on my schedule which was very helpful. Tech was professional and they completed the work in less than 2h. They adjusted the price for less after they saw what the problem was which I was very happy about it. Few companies would do that.

Excellent service! Fridge stopped working over the Thanksgiving holiday, my husband called BK Appliance Repair and they came the next day. Technician was friendly and polite, knowledgeable. The repair was quick, less than an hour for a complex problem and the price was reasonable. He even repacked my fridge for me! :) I have a new go to guy for my repairs.
